About four weeks out, we step in to tie all the details together—finalizing timelines, coordinating with vendors, and ironing out logistics. On the wedding day, we manage the flow from start to finish so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment without worrying about what’s happening behind the scenes.

- Support all aspects of wedding planning 4 weeks prior to wedding day

- Unlimited email and text communication

Hourly Coordination
For clients who prefer a flexible option, we provide coordination services billed by the hour. This includes both pre-event support and day-of management on an hourly basis, giving you access to professional guidance whenever it’s most valuable to you.
